NVIDIA Corporation is dedicated to building and maintaining a supportive relationship with the personal and professional communities in which we live and work. NVIDIA Corporation's mission statement stands as a goal and objective to those whom we support through our corporate donations and fundraising campaigns.

Corporate Donations
NVIDIA Corporation extends our commitment to the community by currently supporting the following non-profit organizations:

	The American Red Cross provides relief to victims of disasters and helps people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies.
	The Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties in California coordinates community resources to assist people who are hungry in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties.
	The Humane Society of Santa Clara Valley promotes respect for animal life in the community through direct care and education.
	NVIDIA Corporation is honored to support the Computer History Museum's mission to preserve and present for posterity the artifacts and stories of the information age. The Museum plays a unique role in the history of the computing revolution and its worldwide impact on the human experience.

Guidelines
The NVIDIA Corporation donations policy follows the guidelines from the U.S. Department of Treasury, under the general heading of "Charitable Organizations" and referring to the classification of non-profit tax exempt as described under the 501(c)(3) Code.

Funding Restrictions
Donation funds cannot be used for the following:

• "Goodwill" advertising in souvenir journals or dinner programs
• Religious, fraternal, or sports organizations
• Political causes, candidates, organizations, or campaigns
• Books, magazines, or articles in a professional journal
• Hospitals
• Requests which benefit individual schools or school districts, be they public or private
• For-profit ventures
• General operating support for individuals

Organizational Requirements
Organizations requesting funding must meet these minimal requirements in order to be considered:

• Strong rationale for target population and NVIDIA Community Giving Vision
• Track record of successful outreach, interventions, and collaboration with community
• Qualified staff and plan for involving and managing NVIDIA employee volunteers
